Indigestion
This is a horrible acid feeling in the stomach, often experienced after a rich, oily and heavy meal. Peppermint oil, a great remedy for digestive problems, can prove very beneficial.
Add twelve drops of peppermint oil to 4 fl oz (100 ml) carrier oil and gently massage it into your stomach and solar plexus. Also, dab a little of the blend under the nose so that you can inhale it. This treatment can be followed by a cup of mint tea.
