Procedure of soham meditation
This simple meditation induces calmness and create peace and tranquility
Sit in a comfortable cross legged position, keep the neck and spine straight. Place the arms on the thighs palms facing upwards, focus on the breathe
Through the breathe chant the manta SOHAM
inhale" SO" curl the fingers softly
- Exhale "HAM" open the fingers gently
- Repeat the mantra 10-20 times then relax in savasana
