CLEAR SKIN : Clense, tone and moistureise everyday and your skin will be clear in no time
BABY SOFT : When having a bath, and a few drops of baby oil in to warm water in the tub - it leaves your skin soo soft and moisturised.
HOW IRRITATING : If you use foundation and it gives you sports of irritates your skin, try using tinted moisture, it works and doesn give you spots.
SOAP SPOTS : Never use soap because it makes your skin dry and produce spots
DON'T CLOG : Spots are cuased by clogged pores, always open your pours before bed and take away all the muck from the days air because it contains bacteria and if the bacteria got into your skin you can get spots very easily
USE POWDER : To make your skin look more natural when you are wearing foundation, first apply a liquid one and then dust over a powdered one. This will still cover any imperfections but your face won't look shiny.
DON'T COOK YOURSELF : Never use oil as suncream it cooks your skin. Your much better putting sun cream on and in the eavning putting on after sun
HOME MADE EXFOLIATION : If you're going to apply fake tan, then a good exfoliation is to mix coooking oil and salt granuals! mix together and apply on skin in the bath, a *GURANTEE* to make your fake tan not go blodgy,also when applying fake tan, load on the moisturiser this again is a *gurantee* to make your fake tan sun kissed and natural.
GET RID OF ALL YOUR SPOTS : Put tooth paste put on your skin every night for 1 week and it will get rid of all your spots.
EXCERISE : Excrecise early in the morning to give your skin a natural glow throughout the day.
SKIN CLEANSER : Body shop sensitive skin cleanser!! It's really good
DRY SKIN : never wash your face with soap because it makes your skin dry so its good for people with oily skin
RID DEAD SKIN : Applying body sugars to your face helps to get rid of dead skin cells. Just make sure you moisturise afterwards.
FIVE A DAY : Make sure you get your five a day. Fruit and veg will be good for your skin and make you feel more energetic =]
HOT BATH : If your skin is feeling a bit clogged up take a steaming hot bath with baby oil in it. If you wash your face it will make your skin soooo smooth, it's also really good for you. Make sure the bath isn't too hot - you might burn yourself!!!
WATER : Drink plenty of water. It keeps your skin clear!
SKIN COLOUR : Do not put on foundation that is a darker colour than your skin or an orangy colour coz then you get a line round your face where you face is darker than your neck - it looks weird!!....
HEALTHY EATING : Eat a lot of fruit and red peppers - they make you SKINNY

SPOTLESS SKIN : Even if you have oily skin after cleansing and toning, use a small amount of oil free moisturiser. It helps to prevent your skin producing excess oil and cn prevent getting spots.
HOME MADE MASK : Eggs, honey, lemon juice is all you need to make a mask for rough skin.. Mix one egg, one tablespoon of honey, and a half teaspoon of lemon juice, apply with your fingers and leave it on 20-30 minutes, then rinse and tone.
ORANGE YOURSELF : Rub a slice of orange on your face. It revives dull skin -- cos it's packed with vitamin C!
EAT, SLEEP AND MOISTURISE! : Beauty starts with the basics, long before an actual night out. Starting with proper skin care, getting enough sleep, watching what and how you eat and what you drink all adds up to a more beautiful you, both inside and outside the body.
STEAM PREPARATION : Steam your skin by leaning over a bowl of hot water with a towel across your head and shoulders. Add a handful of rose petals for extra nourishment.
WASH AWAY OIL : Hair products leave residue of oil on your skin. Wash your back and neck after shampooing and conditioning in the shower.
