How to Unlock Your Locked Back (Stiff Back)
i)First lie down supine with both hips &
knees flexed then ii) Raise right knee to
chest, iii) Hold, count 1 to 5, iv)Repeat 5
times, v) Repeat same steps with left leg, vi)
Repeat same steps with both legs.
i) Sit on a chair & keep both hands crossed on the shoulder, ii) then bend forward
to stretch the spine, wait till you count 1-5, iii) assume initial position, then twist
your back to the right first and then to the left, iv) assume initial position, then tilt to
the right, hold till you count up to 5, then tilt to left.
i) Sit on a chair with both your hands on respective knees,
ii) then bend forward & try to touch your hands to the floor, wait till you count 1 to 5,
ii) Resume starting position, then turn to the right & try to touch floor on the right side,
similarly turn to the left side.
