LACTASE ENZYME IS A TYPE OF LACTASE WHICH IS THE ENZYME THAT IS IN CHARGE OF THE BREAKDOWN OF LACTOSE TO GLUCOSE AND GALACTOSE WHICH CAN BE USED BY THE BODY.
